For audits, we request read-only IAM access so we can analyse your infrastructure and cost data. For deployments, we'll need write access to the target account. We can work within your existing security policies and are happy to use temporary credentials or assume-role setups.
That's completely fine — and honestly, many of our clients shouldn't be using Kubernetes. We work with ECS, EC2-based deployments, serverless, and hybrid setups. If a simpler platform fits your needs better, we'll recommend it.
Troubleshooting engagements can typically start within 24–48 hours. Deployments and audits usually kick off within a week of the discovery call, depending on scheduling and access provisioning.
